1 Spread lies about you

Makes others hate you
Makes the liar look informed and helpful
Makes you look flawed and dishonest

2 Cause self-doubt

undermine self-confidence
when you feel bad, they feel good

3 Cause others to doubt you

or, outright hate you

4 Exploit your kindness

They seldom reciprocate

5 Impose guilt-tripping

you desire to be free of guilt

6 Irresponsible

Not responsible for the blame
Not responsible for anything

7 Make you the bad guy


8 Hide their exploitation and manipulation

Isolate you
Make themselves "heroes"

9 Big misunderstanding

10 Pretend to be reasonable.
