Show notes:

1. They're being bullied

It's bad enough being bullied, but having to admit it only makes it worse.

School is akin to being sent to a daily torcher chamber.

2. They need help in school

Many Asperger Syndrome children are academically gifted and fly through school work like a breeze. Other Aspies have high intellects but are unable to concentrate

3. They can't catch a ball

A few Aspies excel in sports, such as cross-country. But Aspergians are more often uncoordinated and physically weaker than their peers. What's more, they minds simply can't keep up with the fast pace of sports.

4. Asperger Syndrome children's clothes "itch"

Aspies may be more prone to complain about scratchy clothes.

5. They're depressed

The onset of deep depression may not surface until adolescence. Aspies may not even know what depression is. Rather, they think the world stinks. Depression is their reality.
