How to get on a solid routine to promote change in your life:
1. Establish the desired change you'd like to make. This can be adding in a meditation practice, reading a book, anything you would like to change or incorporate into your life.
2. Create realistic time frames for you to accomplish this integration.
3. Schedule it on calendar so that you are making space for this time as well as creating a subconscious plan to dedicate this time to this achievement.
4. Hold yourself accountable to this time you've set aside. Silence your devices if they are possibly going to distract you.
5. Enjoy the journey as it's our paths that create the unique perspective we all have.
