How To Begin Your Forgiveness Practice:
1. Start to reflect on experiences that either you have behaved negatively, or were treated negatively, and sit with this feeling. (Check out these videos if that's hard to do https://youtu.be/0_7boVc-rfY and https://youtu.be/QuDNotruweU )
2. Imagine the interaction by seeing this persons face, remembering what was said. Allow yourself to surround the situation with love and forgiveness towards this person. If you're struggling with that, check out this healing art https://www.laughteronlineuniv....ersity.com/hooponopo
4. Sit with this interaction until you feel the negativity slip away. It may require multiple times of sitting with this to resolve itself. As you are able to sit with these interactions, more will present themselves. Continue this process as they present themselves as you continue to be in an open and receptive mindset.

How To Create A Successful Meditation Routine:
Find a time that you can dedicate daily 5-10 minutes of quite time to give your brain a break from the outside stimuli of family, social media, electronics except calming music, and anything else that distracts your mind.
