Yet Another Huge Loss for California Gun Control

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the huge win in the matter of May v. Bonta, where all of California's new sensitive place restrictions, thanks to SB 2, have been enjoined. The case, brought by YouTuber Reno May, as well as numerous other plaintiffs challenged the constitutionality of the long list of new places where no one, not even California CCW holders, could carry a firearm. Problem for California is that the Court has found that there is literally zero historical analogues to support any of this crazy legislation.
