UN blue helmet troops reported taking over Canada wildfire devasted area

No proof on the video but I've seen this guy before. I believe him. Is that why people have seen foreign police cars in Hawaii where they are being blocked off from the fire area? Is this NWO fastrack? If they are indeed UN troops is that basically China getting a foothold?
