The Anti-Red Flag Law, Coming From Texas

A couple of weeks ago, we did a video that talked about all the crazy, and highly improbable bills kicking around in the State Capitol. Today, Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses a bill that is going the complete opposite direction. HB 162, if enacted into law, would essentially strip Texas of its Red Flag Law.
