The 9-28 / 9-29 9-11 / RBG Observation & Discussion

This report will show and discuss the observable elements from the dates of 9-28 which is Yom Kippur and is the same date when a national 9/11 outage occurred which will include the additional next day events of 9-29 when RBG was laid to rest in the early morning of 9-29 at Arlington National Cemetery, This same burial date is the same date of the Donald Trump and Joe Biden presidential debate that began at 9pm EST and which was watched by millions. Discussion will bring these separate events together to discuss some of the many other elements that this observation suggests to me as a result of these observations.

Officials in multiple states reported interruptions to 911 emergency service systems on Monday night. Law enforcement agencies in Nevada, Pennsylvania, Arizona and Minnesota turned to social media to update citizens on the outage and to provide alternative numbers available for assistance, NBC 4 New York reported.

The outages were reported during a time frame that coincided with an announcement from Microsoft about a major system outage, though it’s not clear if the outages were connected.

The system that carries 911 emergency calls suffered a temporary outage Monday night. Calls in Minnesota, Indiana, Illinois, Nevada, Ohio, Arizona and Delaware were affected with Minneapolis police claiming the loss of service in the U.S. affected the entire country.

Monday night, Microsoft reported an outage for its 365 Cloud services, which affected user access to various services supplied by the tech company. No connection between the Microsoft outage and the 911 loss of service has been established.

On Monday, health care provider Universal Health Services reported that its computer system had been compromised by an information technology issue and was offline. Universal Health Services operates more than 400 facilities in the U.S., Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom.

Other companies reporting internet outages on Monday according to the tracking site Down-detector included Zoom, Costco, Credit One Bank and Southern California Edison.
