The Trump EO Section - 230 Observation & Discussion

This report explores the observable coded elements found in the May 28, 2020 Trump signing of Executive Order #13925 that relates to the CDA Section 230 which is a part of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. Observation will show a consistent coded numeric pattern that will be shown and discussed. Discussion will also include other topics of current media interest.

Section 230 is as Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.

It was the 9th section of the Communications Decency Act, and the 509th section of the Telecommunications Act of 1996; formally, Section 230 is an amendment to the Communications Act of 1934 codified as Section 230 of Title 47 of the U.S. Code.
