Dr Thomas Barnett lays out the original "Great Power Strategy" in 2005. I ordered this video from C-Span in 2005. He is laying out The Multi Polar World Order. It wasn't Alexander Dugin's invention.

Barnett is advocating The Oded Yinon Plan on a planetary scale and you can combine his work with the PENAC document - "Project For The New American Century" - which is really, "Project For A New Israeli Century".

1. Great power conflicts were over. Post 911, regions of the world would come together to combat "terrorism".

2. China would form the hub of an Asian NATO.

3. United States military power would smash, kill and destroy. The United Nations would then send in a multi national "police force" of over 35's to "manage the transition" to a "functioning democracy" with of course, a Central Bank and direct connections to the Bank of International Settlements in Switzerland and City of London.

Barnett mocked The Pentagon and it's worries about a powerful China who would manage its own affairs and form it's own alliances and challenge US power in the region. It seems the Pentagon was right as it complained for 20 years about Wall Street and COL investment in China.

The battle is on.
