The sidewalk was still open to the public, but the police decided to display tyranny rather than talking to the News-Photographer.
It was worse than CCP tactics of forcing the public to erase photos... the public servant (police) stole his SD card, but had to give the reporter's property back after realizing that the NWO tyranny has not officially begun on the streets.
