PA GOP Com. Chair: Votes Found "Mail-In Ballot Was Received" in Office "Before It Was Even Mailed"

"We also found in the Northampton County more than 1,500 votes where the mail-in ballot was received in the election office on a date before it was even mailed," said Chairman of the Northampton County Republican Committee Gloria Lee Snover before the Pennsylvania State Republicans Wednesday at a hearing on potential vote fraud in the 2020 election.
