Had a hate crime hoax affect a University I was attending a number of years ago. A Dindu Dental Student was flunking out, and so sent out emails threatening black students, and went to the extra nice step of putting red food coloring on Raman and saying it was brains as a scare tactic. Needless to say, she got caught, but they still blamed "White Supremacy."

Hate crime hoaxes are hate crimes against White people, and are an example of Europhobic racism.
