HUGE WIN on Bump Stocks and What That Means for Pistol Braces as Well

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, dsicusses some huge developments from Friday's ruling from the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals in the matter of Cargill v. Garland, a suit to overturn ATF's rather sudden and quick determination in 2017 that bump stocks where suddenly illegal. As you may recall, ATF had originally ruled that bump stocks were perfectly legal leading to thousands of lawful citizens purchasing what they thought were lawful products. BUT, this ruling has the potential to much, much more in the long run on other battlefronts that we face in the coming year, so learn about all of this and arm yourself with education today.
