Geomagnetic Propulsion: Did the Dotto Ring Actually Levitate?

The Dotto Ring was an alternative therapeutic device invented by a biophysicist named Gianni Dotto. The Ring was described as a mass of copper and was designed on the principles of the thermocouple and a magnetic loop antennae. The thermocouple functioned as the primary source of energy for the device, using a temperature differential between dissimilar metals to generate a very high current at a very low voltage. This low voltage was essential for safety as the bare metal would be in direct contact with the human body. The inductive nature of the Dotto ring was devised to radiate magnetic energy to the patient and tuned to radiate that energy at specific VHF and UHF frequencies which would restore the health of living cells while simultaneously destroying malignant cells. The ring was also said to levitate from the floor while in operation, likely due to electromagnetic interaction between the ring's magnetic field and the Earth's magnetic field. But was even 30,000 amps of current adequate to levitate the massive copper ring? Or did its tuned inductive nature enable it to become a power accumulator and receive enough ambient electromagnetic energy to levitate? In this video, I will attempt to answer these questions and to provide a firm scientific and theoretical foundation for further study and investigation into the possibilities of geomagnetic levitation.
