California Gun Control Gets Flattened Again

Seems like California loves to lose 2A cases. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the matter of Hinton v. Bonta, a huge win by the Second Amendment Foundation, which found that Cal Pen. Code 29800 is unconstitutional as applied to the named Defendants in this case. The issue before the Court is California's legislative scheme which makes it impossible to possess a firearm, EVER, if you have previously been convicted of a felony.
