AR-15 Aero Precision Atlas R & Magpul Bipod Mounting Adapter Considerations

I would recommend the Midwest Industries bipod mount over the Magpul as it offers additional mounting solutions. One slot or bridging two slots whereas the Magpul only allows you to bridge across two slots. The Magpul in this case did work out okay but I have had a couple of other builds in the past where it wouldn't have met my requirements and went with the Midwest.
