One more example of the outstanding service provided by Leatherman in their incredibly easy and hassle-free process of fixing a damaged tool. Leatherman's 25 year warranty applies to the tool, not the buyer, so it doesn't matter if you buy it new or second hand - the tool is backed up. There are lots of good tool makers out there, and a number of good multi-tool makers, but because of the number of excellent service experiences I've had with them, I have to recommend Leatherman as my favorite.
