Once again, Leatherman's 25 year warranty has come through on it's promise. Replacing a pair of broken Leatherman Super Tools with Super Tool 300's just takes a snap of the fingers (plus a little bit of mailing, waiting, and camera trickery).

There are lots of great multi-tools out there, but with the customer service I have experienced with Leatherman, I have to recommend them as my favorite.
