60 Police injured in Berlin RIOT to clear LEFT-WING Radicals

Around 200 masked supporters of the 'Rigaer 94' group attempted to prevent a fire inspector's visit to a house occupied by squatters in the German capital. The location had reportedly become a popular meeting spot for left-wing radicals - instigating a standoff with the authorities.

Homemade barricades were used, as they pelted the police with stones and bottles. At least 60 officers were injured in the clashes. One arrest has been made so far.
