We often sell ourselves short, compounding limitations in our mind.
We confuse the false perspectives of others with reality.

Always assuming it's your fault
"I make a social mess everywhere I go"
5 Filter out positives
We've had our positives so long, we believe it is accurate
6 Magical thinking
Magical thinking is the stuff of childhood.
At some point, we need to grow up.
We can't deal with reality until we acknowledge it.
