I went through an infected abscess tooth to a devolved bacterial sore throat - I am on antibiotics, Azithromycin and HCQ - Dr Rich explains very well how we need to put back killed good bacteria when on antibiotics. Makes perfect sense I am drinking Kefir and eating Korean Kimchi to do this.
