Will the Arkansas GOP Legislature pass self deportation/anti sanctuary city laws?

The Saline County GOP held it's first meeting for 2019. During this meeting, committee members were chosen. Arkansas State Representative Kim Hammer talked about the Arkansas Legislature and other issues.
Kim Hammer will be sworn in as an Arkansas Senator on January 14th.
