Why I prefer the speckle black and flat black Saya finishes over glossy black

Just a quick explaination of why I typically prefer the speckle black and flat black saya finishes over the glossy black. speckle and flat black are more durable, more grippy (speckle works kinda like stipiling) and it not as common as the glossy black.
