Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the huge ruling from the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, where the Honorable Roger T. Benitez has found California's mandatory background check for ammunition laws, as well as their ban on importation of ammunition from out of state to have not one, but three Constitutional problems. But today we focus on the order denying the State of California's motoin for a stay so that they could appeal this ruling.
