Ever wonder what can God do for me, I can do almost everything all by myself, I really don't need anyone or anything?

Joh 6:5 When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat?; Jesus fed them all and then several men came looking for more?

Joh 6:26 Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled.; Jesus called them on it, they had a hidden agenda?

Joh 6:28 Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? Joh 6:29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent. ; They wanted the ability to do the exact same miracle create/multiply food, never work again.

Joh 6:30 They said therefore unto him, What sign shewest thou then, that we may see, and believe thee? what dost thou work? Joh 6:31 Our fathers did eat manna in the desert; as it is written, He gave them bread from heaven to eat. Joh 6:32 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven. Joh 6:33 For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world. Joh 6:34 Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread.; They finally came out and said what they wanted “To be fed forever” They didn’t care at all about Jesus or His teaching all they cared about was free food.

Joh 6:35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
Joh 6:36 But I said unto you, That ye also have seen me, and believe not.

Jesus told them don’t worry about food that only feeds the body, all that will perish with time, instead you need to be concerned about spiritual matters.

He explained about how they needed to eat His flesh and Drink His blood
And many departed at that saying, so he asked “Will you go away too”
Joh 6:67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? Joh 6:68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.; Peter got it, do you?
