I explore an article circulating around on before its news claiming that military troops ran ballots through an infrared system and found massive fraud. Large amounts of votes for Trump were lost or never reported. Was a corn ink used in all the ballots that creates an electronic circuit id that can be used to trace all ballots via gps?
