Every time I go into walmart, I never see a "Worker Shortage".
What I see is a "Worker Doing Work Shortage".
I see two to three deep of employees just standing in the aisle talking to each other NOT doing work.
If chit chatting and blocking the aisles is considered Work, then that's what they are doing.
