Trump OVERRULES Federal Judge as He INVOKES Wartime Powers to DEPORT Illegal Aliens

Donald Trump invokes wartime and emergency powers to deport illegal aliens suspected of being part of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua by utilizing the Alien and Enemies Act of 1798 to expedite the mass deportations of suspected Venezuelan migrants. In response, an Obama-Appointed Federal Judge in Washington DC has placed a 14 day restraining order on the action at the request of temporary injunction by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which even ordered that deportation flights carrying suspected criminals should be turned back. However, according to El Salvador President Nayib Bukele, who has offered to open his prisons to deported illegal immigrants from America, that flight was received and those prisoners were incarcerated anyway. As Trump's DHS created the CBP Home App and Border Czar Tom Homan announced increased action against threats, the outcome of this legal case could have severe implications for Trump's immigration policy.
