This message was conveyed via email directly to Sergeant Caleb Phillips before the riots and nationwide acknowledgement of racism, murder, corruption, and false arrest at the hands of police departments in the United States. Trying to use the black officer as the scapegoat is not an uncommon practice/tactic with Police departments in United States. The same transit police that are also seen in prior videos respond and and further go on with the framing of the black man and then lied and say that the black man said he thought she threw the phone.
