Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon located in Portland Oregon Female Trimet Worker first targets out this black man, then tells on herself in the video, calls the cops and acts like she is the victim, later assaults him by pushing him after he tried to get his phone back after she tried to get rid of the evidence and then lies to the cops about what really happened. not to mention another passenger also assaults the man who is recording everything. When the black man was initially assaulted for filming by another passenger because of this Caucasian bus driver as seen in the video, then the Trimet bus driver steals the black mans phone, a struggle for the phone took place, the driver pushed the black man and threw the phone attempting to break it and destroy the video evidence that trimet does not want anyone to see, kind of simultaneously then the black man indeed did punch the driver once in self defense of his person and his property https://www.oregonlaws.org/ors/161.209 in order to further prevent damage to him, personal property, and the phone evidence. The same transit police that are also seen in prior videos respond and and further go on with the framing of the black man and then lied and say that the black man said he thought she threw the phone. It's clear that Trimet is working with King County in which the city of Seattle is located. In the Police car the Police Officer says so I see you have a warrant out of King County, the response the black man gave was yeah true and it's not extraditable plus the Coronavirus is life threatening so I moved quote Note: there will be another video uploaded to show the cracks in the phone to prove the phone was thrown intentionally in order to destroy evidence= This is going to Jury Trial HA HA
