Elves (1989)
A woman finds she is part of a Nazi breeding experiment with elves to create supermen.

"They're not working for Santa (Satan)... anymore."

Strange tagline, instead of angels rebelling against God, demons rebelling against Satan. Possibly meaning Elves/Vril were originally genetically engineered by the Devil and have gotten out of control. The Bible, eugenics, chimeras, Nazis, Vril/Elves and world domination all rolled into one film.

Of course there are several ideas not included such as human cloning, Rothschild (Jewish) control of the Nazis and Flat-Earth, but fascinating nonetheless. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this movie, but if one were so inclined:
