The cyber attack continued - internet alterations

In the previous video that I did on a cyberattack vs an emp, I forgot to mention another very important thing. And that is the ability to alter tactical information available online (like military manuals) so that it will get you killed. They've already taken out a lot of information, even with basic training that is vital, yet they are no longer teaching it.
