Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the high likelihood that there will mass non-compliance with ATF's Pistol Brace Rule. We predict this not because we are advocating for it, nor are we suggesting that everyone needs to register their firearm right this second. But what this video does show, is by taking a look at reasonable numbers, it appears that less than 10% of the eligible firearms will be registered.
