Garland, This time we focus on two sub-components of this all important ruling: (1) What is the likelihood that there will be a nationwide injunction? (Slim), and; (2) Are there other Constitutional problems with this rule beyond what the majority already found in ruling that this rule violated the Administrative Procedure Act? (Hell yes).
