Soft Hot Chocolate Cookies ♡ Bake With Me

These are my favourite hot chocolate cookies ♡ Feel free to skip the marshmallow part :)

Recipe:
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
2/3 cup (65g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tbsp espresso powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup (170g) softened butter
3/4 cup (165g) dark brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
15 regular sized marshmallows (feel free to add mini marshmallows to the batter instead)

*Bake at 350F (177C) for 10 minutes*

This recipe makes around 15 cookies ♡
