This recipe makes 12 cookies ♡
*Cheesecake Filling:*
1 brick (250g) soft cream cheese
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
♡ Place in the freezer while making cookies
*Cookies:*
1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup melted butter
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk (any milk of your choice)
3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 cups chocolate chips
*Recipe in grams:*
330g dark brown sugar
100g white sugar
226g melted butter
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk (any milk of your choice)
360g all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp cinnamon
50g unsweetened cocoa powder
350g chocolate chips
*♡ Bake at 350F (177C) for approximately 13 minutes*
♡ If your cookie dough seems too wet to work with, then refrigerate for about 1 hour before assembling cookies
