I made up a term for this, it's called "Simute" -- simute = (self imposed mutilation). So when these trannies think that they are a woman and wear women's clothes-- they are really just drag queens/ cross dressers, ect. but as soon as they have surgery and cut off their genitals, they are now a SIMUTE. Never a woman, and no longer a man really--- but a simute (self imposed mutilator). You guys are free to use that word/ hell, do a video on it if you want to. It's not a derogatory term. It's simply an identifier between trannies that have had mutilation surgery or not
