The leadership of almost all groups and organizations in 2022, is a polarizing figure that is HATED by the other side and loathed by those "not in the same camp." This is not natural. Those looking to expand the influence of their group would put in leadership that was, at least, palatable to the other side. These "leaders" are meant to illicit hate.
