Wow, a kindred spirit with the same concept of this life experience. Max stated a bit about the system and what system was needed if any. "If any" would be the proper choice. A system is something whose aim is to control and only slaves are controlled. The whole secret of getting where Max is pointing would be the local community, your town, your county. This is where the local people get together as a society with the mutual benefit of support and comradely. At a county level there needs to be but two functions that would be self supporting and non-authoritative, a county clerk to record important matters for prosperity and a sheriff to serve process and keep the peace.
