"71" Camaro RestoMod Tremec Safety Neutral Relay w/Bypass Switch Install! 11Nov2021

Tried to keep this video short today! My Tremec "Safety Neutral" switch to my understanding was originally designed as a computer input for 5 volts and very low current. The solenoid purple wires are about a 8-12 amp load during starting which over time will destroy the Tremec switch contact if run directly through the switch; reason for the relay install. The bypass switch I installed is rated for 20 amps so should handle the starting load for the solenoid with no issues should I need to bypass the neutral safety circuit for starting.
