1. Set the 'no' boundary

Narcissists are control freaks

Where to go, when to go, what to eat, when to eat, what movie to

watch on Netflix, and so on. Learn to say no when appropriate.

2. Don't negotiate boundaries

No means no. It doesn't mean, "let's negotiate"

3. Don't respond to abuse

Don't talk to them until the abuse ends

4. Don't take their bait

Narcissists love to fight, they love to argue

It gives them a sense control

Don't defend yourself, don't return barbs

5. Don't fear

Dog story. Narcissists sense your fear

6. Call them by name

This make you human

7. Ask questions when replying

Make them justify their dominance

8. Don't give them a pass
Assume they are lying

9. Call them out

with questions, not accusations

10. Interrupt them when they hedge
