Pres.Putin Celebrates Christmas in Ancient Church

President Putin never ever uses notes to talk to others. He speaks from the heart: "The love of God for a human is expressed not in giving us every single thing that we ask him or that we wish for but in that it lets us pray for him and for us and hope for the best. That hope and, sometimes, the anticipation of a miracle is the very star that brightens our life path and supports us during its toughest stages." Orthodox Christians celebrate the Nativity of Christ. President Vladimir Putin arrived in the Novgorod region. He is attending a service at the Church of St. Nicholas on Lipno. He always goes to church especially on Easter and Christmas. More importantly he has helped rebuild Orthodox Churches that the communists destroyed.
