Plate Carrier Setup Loadout How and Why

I’m referring specifically to a tactical vest(s).

A quick grab and go rig. With or without pistol.
But setup for carrying 30 round AR carbine mags.

What setup do you recommend for a family defender. Both with and without body armor?

Something to grab quickly if needed. A modern Samurai or minute man rig so to speak.
