No knead is how I like to bake breads! This Pandan flavored milk bread is perfect for breakfast or snack. It does take some time but is really easy to make. I'll show you each step of the way!
Pandan Milk Bread Recipe | No Kneading Super Fluffy Milk Buns | EASY RICE COOKER RECIPES
NOTES:
* 1 cup = 250 ml
* Rice cooker capacity = 1 litre or 5 cups
* Rice cooker capacity = 1.8 litre or 10 cups

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup (250ml) COCONUT MILK, evaporated milk (start with one cup; add 1/2 cup later as needed)
• 1/3 cup (67g) SUGAR
• 1 tsp (5g) SALT
• 2 tsp (6g) DRY INSTANT YEAST
• 2 1/2 cup (354g) BREAD FLOUR (plus extra for dusting)
• 1/4 cup (20g) PANDAN POWDER (less if you like more mild)
• 1/2 cup (125ml) COCONUT MILK, evaporated milk (more/less as needed)
• 1 tsp (6g) GREEN FOOD COLORING (optional)
• 1/4 tsp (1.5g) PANDAN FLAVOR EXTRACT (optional)
• 1/4 cup (55g) BUTTER (room temp)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Mix together milk (I used evaporated coconut milk), sugar, salt and yeast then set it aside for 5 min
2. Add flour and pandan powder into the yeast mixture and mix to combine
3. Add additional milk if dough is too dry; I used another 1/2 cup; add more or less as needed
4. Optionally, add green food coloring and pandan extract for color and smell
5. Fold in room temperature butter to incorporate
6. Cover tightly and refrigerate/chill for 2 hour; it should doubled in size
7. Punch out air and place onto floured surface; cutting into pieces and shape into balls. Grease hands and cutting tool as needed to prevent sticking
8. Covered the dough balls and let it sit for 15 min
9. Greased and lined baking pot/pan with parchment paper
10. Take each ball and dust with flour as needed to roll or shape; I rolled mine into logs and also filled some. Place shaped dough into lined pot/pan, covered and place in warm area to rise for another 60 minute
11. For rice cooker baking, place paper towel on top to catch condensation and bake for 2 BAKE CYCLES (60 min). Rice cookers varied so bake longer as needed
12. Cool for 15-20 minute before removing. Enjoy!
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in greased and lined pan, in pre-heated oven of 350F (180C) for 25-30 minute. Ovens varied so check about 20 minutes and bake longer as needed. If your oven is too hot, reduce temperature
