Mossberg 590 not the 590A1 Tabletop Discussion!

I also love the Winchester 1200 and 1300 8 shot in 18”.

I have a 590 Military and 590 Mariner both in 9 shot with speed feed stocks. Had’em for 30 years now and they are still excellent.
I also picked up a 590 A1 and don’t see the need for the extra weight. It gives extra bragging rights to add the A1 but comes at a weight penalty.
My military model looks just like yours but included a factory heat shield.
