Microtech Marfione Custom Whaleshark Knife Carbon Fiber (Two-Tone Black)

This Marfione Custom Whaleshark is a real catch! It has a hand ground blade featuring a two-tone finish; black ceramic coated grind and groove with satin flats. The handle is 30k layer carbon fiber with bead blasted hardware.
The Whaleshark Flipper from Microtech is an impressive knife that boasts great style, solid performance and innovative design! Microtech's intent on designing a knife with solid composite handles, was to move away from "old school" handle materials like aluminum.

The handle features super lightweight 3D contoured carbon fiber slabs, but does not compromise strength or durability. The Whaleshark uses the unique titanium sub-lock tab resulting in a solid lockup. The contoured back spacer and tip-up carry pocket clip feature titanium as well. The S35VN steel blade is deployed via the flipper on the spine of the knife and the action is superb, thanks to the ceramic bearing system.
