M&P M2.0 Reload Drills without a gun?

Can you do reload drills without a gun? Well, its dependant on what you are focusing on. Fefit starts out the drills with her M&P 2.0, but we soon ditch it off so she can try to focus on her eyes / fingers as she is having an issue with focus.

There are several videos out there for folks to get the specific technique. We like to follow the Seeklander methodology, with modifications in the implementation due to youth shooters.

The gun doesn't add anything here, and may be a distraction so we put it away and continued with the drills.
