HB1684 is on the schedule but is not scheduled for a hearing 03/27/19.
According to the Committee Chair of Arkansas Senate Education. HB1684 is an in-state tuiton for legal immigrants & illegal aliens.
SB620 a school choice bill, is likely to be debated and voted on. You can still lobby for HB1684 to be voted down or amended by calling, emailing, texting and visiting at the Capitol.
I'm working on a rough draft amendment now
