Lenoir Preserve Dxpedition 09/20/20

Hello again YouTubers I am back out at Lenoir Preserve in Yonkers NY along with my Yaesu FT-817 radio and PMSA-12 antenna. For power I am using the Goal Zero Sherpa 50 battery pack and the Goal Zero Nomad 20 solar panel. I was able to pick up some stations on the HF bands but I noticed that the Sherpa 50's charge controller was injecting RF noise into my FT-817. Once the solar panel was disconnected the noise was gone. I have to see if that also applies to my other Goal Zero battery packs. It was a beautiful day for some radio play. Thanks for watching!
